If you want or need a started or finished dog, we have available, at most times, several out of our proven brood matrons. Price range of started dogs is based on availability, extensiveness of training, nose and style. The average price on started dogs begins at $1500 . Since training is finished once it is begun, seldom do we have "check cord, or green broke dogs. Most dogs that I consider "started" are those that are totally broke on their game, whoa and back, handle to whistle and voice commands...and may or may not retrieve based on their natural ability to do so. I do not usually force break dogs to retrieve until their second year of hunting. Price range of finished dogs - $2500 and UP. Price is dependent on training, experience, and style.

Rusty
Rusty is 2 1/2 years old. He is totally finished. He's broke on his birds, is a good retriever, and backs right. He is medium range and has a great nose. He has good conformation and style to burn. He's got a great disposition.
Bella
Bella will be 3 years old in October, 2010. She is broke on both pen raised and wild birds. Her range is close to medium. She has a great nose and retrieves to hand. She is biddable, honors, and is whoa broke. Her disposition is 2nd to none. She's a "do it all and do it right" dog. Selling on consignment.
Buck
Buck is 2 years old. He is finished on his birds, is a good retriever, and backs. His range is close to medium. He is easy to handle and has a great nose. He has limited wild bird experience.
Started Female
10 months old. She has been worked on a check cord. Pointing with style and very classy. Showing to have a good nose and has been shot over. Has been to the filed and is hunting to the front at close range and easy to handle.
