If you want or need a started or finished dog, we have available, at most times, several out of our proven brood matrons. Price range of started dogs is based on availability, extensiveness of training, nose and style. The average price on started dogs begins at $1500 . Since training is finished once it is begun, seldom do we have "check cord, or green broke dogs. Most dogs that I consider "started" are those that are totally broke on their game, whoa and back, handle to whistle and voice commands...and may or may not retrieve based on their natural ability to do so. I do not usually force break dogs to retrieve until their second year of hunting. Price range of finished dogs - $2500 and UP. Price is dependent on training, experience, and style.

Jill
Jill is 2 1/2 years old. She is broke on her birds, has wild bird experience, and is a good bird finder. She retrieves to hand and whoas to command. She backs on sight and her range is close. She handles to perfection and has style to burn.

Jake is 3 years old. He is broke on his birds, whoa broke, and backs. He is a good retriever. He is steady to wing & shot. His range is medium. He has some wild bird experience. He has a good nose and is a good bird finder. He has style and class to burn.
Cloud
Cloud is 2 years old. She is broke on his birds, backs, and retrieves. She is a close working dog and easy to handle. She is a good bird finder.
Jimbo
Jimbo is a little over a year old. He is broke on his birds, retrieves, and backs. He has been hunted on wild birds. His range is close and he's got a great nose.
Started Female
10 months old. She has been worked on a check cord. Pointing with style and very classy. Showing to have a good nose and has been shot over. Has been to the filed and is hunting to the front at close range and easy to handle.
